Licensing and permission

Thank you for appreciating my work portfolio! Please notice that all rights to copy, publish, display, distribute, transmit, sell, or otherwise "use" my illustrations are retained worldwide unless permissions are granted prior to any use.

Legal Notice

Upon completion of the assigned work (illustrations, animation, etc.) the artist(s) will assign to the client non-exclusive, non-commercial rights to use the work. The client may use the work for any non-commercial educational purpose including, but not limited to, teaching, scholarly presentations, and publication in scholarly journals. Non-commercial use does not include the use of Content without prior written consent from Harmony Wong in connection with (1) the development of any software program, including, but not limited to, training a machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) system; or (2) providing an archived or cached data set containing Content to another person or entity. The artist(s) retain copyright to the work. At the client’s request, the artist(s) will provide letters of permission granting the right to reproduce the illustrations in specific journals or any publications. Since the artist(s) retain copyright, these rights cannot be transferred to any external user.

• A digital link of the work you intend to use

• A brief message on how you would like to use the illustrations, and any changes you will make. A quote and timeline will be provided, you shall use the illustration upon receiving the letter of permission.
